Default How do I get label borders to show in a Word document?

I am using Word 2003 and am creating file labels. When I click new document
to get a page of blank labels that I can fill in the label name the label
borders do not show where the label is so I know where I am typing (previous
versions of Word did that). I end up typing where I think the label is and
print on plain paper, hold the paper up to the label paper to see where they
land and edit accordingly.
