How do I turn off automatic print preview?
I recall placing a check mark in an option saying to preview printing before
actually printing, but I can't locate it now. Everytime I print I have to go through an extra step to print because the document first previews. How do I turn it off? |

Go to Start Settings Printers & Faxes, right-click your printer, and select Printing Preferences. Look for the check box in there. If you don't see it, right-click the printer again and select Properties. Different printer drivers put it in different places. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
