duplex printing: page printed in unusual manner
word version: 2003
printer: hp deskjet 3940 i'm trying to print a 300 pages document, using manual duplex printing. however, to my frustration, the pages were printed not the way i imagined it to be. it seems that the order of printing is something like this, 1, 5, 9, 13.....ie skipped every 4 pages, then when it reached the end of document it went back to print pages 3, 7, 9 etc. it creates so much confusion in rearranging the pages. i didn't know what is wrong with my setting, so much so it didn't print in 1,3, 5, 7, 9 in that order.... same it goes with even numbered pages. i'm at my wit's end. pls help. |
