Replacing normal.dot
There have been changes to our customers' document layout and they wish to
adopt a new set of templates as the default. How do we replace normal.dot? Or how can we get Word to start with another template? |

You do _not_ want to replace normal.dot or put text in normal.dot.
You can create a shortcut to your custom template and put it on the desktop and in the start menu. You can use that to launch Word with that particular template.
