Word 2002: Typing a title page for Annual Report. Putting a watermark picture
on the page and then trying to put a border on. The top and/or bottom of the
border doesn't show in print preview and it doesn't print.

It means you've gone beyond the print margins reported by the printer
driver. Check the printer properties: you may be able to adjust to margins,
or switch to borderless printing.
