Hi Dec,
The Act! Add-in (version 8 is current) may not work correctly with Word 2007. Are the buttons for the toolbar appearing in the Add-Ins tab in the ribbon? The settings are in File(Office Button)=Word Options=Trust Center=Trust Center Settings=Add-Ins ======== "Dec" wrote in message ... Thank you. The buttons for the toolbar are not appearing in the Add-Ins tab
