Default in labelling a drawing how to rotate text and shape together

I am attempting to label a drawing and wish to angle a shape (rectangle) with
text in it. I can insert the text, but when I try to rotate the shape, it
leaves the text behind. How do I rotate both text and shape together?
Thanks to everyone.

Unfortunately, no. Word can't do text other than horizontal or vertical.
