Why don't some shortcut keys work?
I've tried to assign the shortcut key ctrl alt i to get i with an accent on
it and even though it has been assigned when I go to use it in a word document it won't work and Insert comes up from the tool bar...what can I do? |

Why don't some shortcut keys work?
Sounds like you're not pressing Ctrl firmly enough; I would expect Alt+I to
