I need to design a large formwet po0styer in Word, How can I set the the
document size larger than 22" (which is the klargest it will allow)

I will be sending it to someone for them to print so I can't enlarge it
myself later or print across mulitple pages.

Word's absolute limit for page size is 22" in either direction, regardless
of what your printer is capable of. You'll need to either use a different
application (such as Publisher) or hope that the printer Properties have an
option to scale up to a larger size or tile a document over more than one
sheet.

Most printing companies these days will be able to blow it up larger for you
using a pdf or their prepress equipment. Just make sure your word file is the
same proportions as the final product.
