i need help writing a topic in a formal assignment. but i don't know what a
formal assignment is. so if someone could explain it to me that would be very
helpful.

a. wearing a Tuxedo or Little Black Cocktail Dress,
b. observing all appropriate social, political, religious and diplomatic
protocols AND
