How do I keep Excell tel nmbr formatting when merging to Word?
I've formatted Excel cells for telephone numbers but when I try to merge this
information into a Word document I lose the formatting. What am I missing? |

How do I keep Excell tel nmbr formatting when merging to Word?
The simplest wy to fix this short term is likely to be:
Check Word Tools|Options|General|"Confirm conversions at open", go through the process of connecting to your data source again, and choose the DDE option in the new dialog box that pops up after you have chosen the .xls Peter Jamieson "mdpoulin" wrote in message ...
