Default How can I create new source types in Word 2007?

Hello! I am trying to use Word 2007 to compile some genalogical research
I've been doing. Many of my sources are common genealogical sources (such as
census records and tombstones), but they can't be easily pigeon-holed into
the available source types. Is it possible to create new source types? I've
tried to get around this problem by simply using the comment field for the
whole entry, but there is not enough room, characterwise in that field.

Thanks!
