Press the ¶ button on the Standard toolbar. Do you see text with a
dotted underline? If so, it has been formatted as hidden text. Clear
the attribute in Format | Font.

If the text is not hidden, check in Format | Font if it has been
formatted as white text.

Default i saved a document and when i opened it it was blank

....and if those don't work, are you positive that you're opening the same
file? Use Windows search (Start - Search) to look for recently changed files
and see if it might've been saved under a different name.
