Default can u use rt justification and lt justification on the same line?

It helps if you use the actual body of your text to specify with version of
Word you have, what you want, and what isn't working exactly ...

Not sure what you are trying to do but justify (CTRL+J) is both right and
left.

Michelle probably wants right-aligned text on the same line with
left-aligned, which requires a right-aligned tab stop at the right margin
(as shown in http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/SettingTabs.htm).
