Default eliminate header&footer for spesific pace

Hi,
I have a word document with 20 pages. Most of the pages have "headers" and
"footers". I need to eliminate having headers or footers in say page 5. How
can I achieve this?
Thanks in advance

You'd have to put page five into its own section, thus dividing the
document into three sections, pp 1-4, p. 5, and p. 6-20. Then you put
in different header instructions for each section. You create the three
sections by putting a section divider before and after page 5 (Insert
menu, Section Break).

Take a look at http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Number...eNumbering.htm.
Apply the conditional fields shown there to your entire header rather than
just the page number. Otherwise, you'll need section breaks.

Create the footer as an IF field so that if the page number = page 5, (TRUE)
there's no footer, or (FALSE) the footer text.
