Default Form Template

I want to be able to fill out a form on Word e-mail it to the respective
people. I think that using the template form would be the easiest way to do
that. I tried to create a form template but when I fill the text form field
boxes it rearranges the document. Is there a way to contain the characters
in the field boxes with out disturbing the rest of the document.

Please Help!

Put your form fields in fixed-size frames or table cells. What you are
talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this in help. For
more about online forms, follow the links at

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at

Hope this helps,
