Default More than one email address for same email

Hello,

I'm trying to use the email merge function in word to send tailored emails
to multiple reciepients at the same company. So ;
would both be in the To: field. Each time I try to do
this, however, the merge program reads this as one long email as opposed to
separate emails and does not let me send the email.

Is there a way around this??? (Anything! VBA or anything else??)

Thanks,
Gina

You will need to use some VBA that makes use of the Outlook Object Model in
a similar fashion to the way that it is used in the article "Mail Merge to
E-mail with Attachments" at:

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...ttachments.htm

Hope this helps.
