Default System Hang ups

hi all

while using MS Office word or excel or even visio the docs seems to
hang up for quite a bit of time. this happens for the MS Outlook too

i am using a Windows Xp OS plus

the sytems is top of the class model .......

could any1 let me do away with this issue plz asap

Usually culprits are---

1. Norton Antivirus running checking every document you open.

2. Outlook journalling switched on.

ny way of speeding up there processing ...

Find the culprits and switch them off.
