Default Blank lines with "///" on pleading paper

I notice that many law firms have empty lines at the end of their pleading
pages replaced by "///" indicating that they were intentionally left blank
when widow/orphan control causes an early page break.

Is there a way to do this with Word?

Word doesn't give you a choice of the fill character, but you can use
periods, hyphens, or underlines to fill out a partial line. See
