I have set up several templates without hitch but my latest one won't
open.

When I click on file new open I get an error message insufficient
memory. Even when I have no other windows or programmes open.

If I go to the file manager and open the template it opens without any
problems.

I have tried copying it but it still won't open.

Can anyone suggest what the problem might be?

When you are in the File New dialog, are you right-clicking on a template
and telling it to Open? This won't work. Just select the Template and click
on OK.
