Default How do I set default spacing in word?

Hi all,

I recently encountered a slight problem.

When I opened a new word document, the cursor was positioned at 72pt before
and after, in the 'line spacing' section. I tried adjusting the templates (or
maybe I haven't done it correctly), but to no avail. Would anyone know how I
can reset the default spacing back to normal (0 pt) again?

Thank you so much.
