Perhaps you have the wrong paper tray selected on the Paper or Paper Source
tab of Page Setup? -- Suzanne S. "Scott" wrote in message ... Hello, I'm trying to set up a new page setting that's not in Word (6.25" x 4.5") and then print my message on to my personalized letterhead post card but I'm having problems. Here's what I've done: In "Page Setup," I've create a new customized page size of 6.25" x 4.5" and label it. When I do a print preview everything looks OK. My Problem: When I select "Print" after "Print Preview," my printer says that there's no paper in the paper tray even though I have my letterhead in the paper tray. Is there something else I have to do to create a custom paper size that will be recognized by both Word and my HP printer? Thanks in advance. |
