Default Labels Duplicate in Mail Merge

I am using the mail merge wizard to merge an excel file to create name
badges. When I get to the end to merge the document I end up with one
complete page of the same name badge. For example, 2 name badges -- 2 sheets
containing 8 individual name badges. "Next Record" is on the main document
after each label. How can this be corrected?

Where have you put the fields in your mail merge main document? If they are
inside text boxes or frames, Next record will probably not have the
effect you expect.

What type of fields are you using? If you are trying to include pictures,
I'd visit Graham Mayor's page at
