Saving in multiple locations
See http://www.gmayor.com/automatically_backup.htm for a macro to save two
copies in separate locations. Although it may be OK to save to a flash drive from Word, be careful never to open and edit a document directly from any removable media -- it runs a high risk of corrupting the document. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
