Hello All,

I am a volunteer pc tech at an ADRA community centre in Australia.

We have 13 computers used for free computer training for the community.

I have noticed that when students are adding clipart to their word 2003
documents, not everybody in the class finds the same clipart. Here are the
details of the procedure.

1. Click Insert / Picture / Clipart

2. type Frog in the Search For box and click go

Some students will find a frog and some will not.

I have noticed that their are no pictures of frogs in the local office
clipart collection, but there are some online.

Anybody know what the problem could be ?

This may seem a bit obvious, but on the PCs where nothing is found, is
the option selected to search online? In the Clip Art task pane, open
the Search In dropdown and check the Everywhere box. When the dropdown
is closed, it should say "All collections" instead of "Selected
collections".
