Default Page breaks being ignored

We are running word 2000 in a citrix environment, and someone is working on a
word document with many page breaks in it. When you see the document on the
screen, everything is as it should be. but when printing it, the page breaks
are ignored, and everything is in the wrong place.

Can someone shed any light?

Thanks guys

Thank youy to all who replied. Unfortunatly neither worked. But, saying that
the person who had the problems and spent the time removed all the
formatting, then putting it back in again and all is working.
