HOW DO I KNOW THE INTEGER VALUE OF A FONT

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO FIND THE INTEGER VALUE OF THE FONTS IN MICROSOFT WORD. AN EXAMPLE WOULD BE (#10 = 1/4), IN OTHER WORDS A #10 FONT WOULD BE 1/4" HIGH.
