Markup/Review
Wondering if there is a way to turn the mark-up off in Word 2007 when I open
a document without having to uncheck each individual option in the "show markup" tab. In 2003 selecting the track changes tab would turn on/off all markups, but doesn't appear to work in 2007. It turns them on but not off. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I find it frustrating having to click each individual option to turn it off. |

Markup/Review
Hi Cooper,
In Word 2007 you can start/stop the track changes feature from the status bar at the bottom of the screen (right click to Add the 'Track Changes) choice or you can start/stop change tracking from the Review ribbon. Stopping the tracking does not update the document to incorporate/accept the pending changes made while you had tracking running. ============= "Cooper78" wrote in message ...
