will print if tried on another machine

Have you been to the HP site and downloaded the latest software for
your printer? I don't know if this will apply to your printer but
with my HP I had to download the latest software before I could see
the full range of labels and envelopes.

What happens when you try to print them?

What happens if you print the document containing the labels to plain paper?
