Default Runtime error /abnormal program termination in Word

After several minutes, I get the runtime error message. Then I get a box
saying that I can recover the document, but when I close the runtime error
box,
everything disappears.

Default Runtime error /abnormal program termination in Word

Hi ?B?UGVyaWRvdF8xOTU1?=,

After several minutes, I get the runtime error message. Then I get a box
saying that I can recover the document, but when I close the runtime error
box,
everything disappears.

Without the exact text of the message and the version of Word it's not
possible to make any suggestions...
