Default mail merge

I am going to do a mail merge of 1000 letters with a word document letter
merged with an excel spread sheet. After I complete the merge - I need to
send the completed merge to our copy center for them to print the letters.
How do I send them the whole file to print?

Default mail merge

Execute the merge to a New Document (one of the options for the destination)
and send them that document.
