Hyperlink to 'place in this document, headings' goes to wrong plac
Microsoft Word 2002:
I have set up a hyperlink to 'place in this document, headings' (for instance to allow a read of the document to quickly go to a section giving more details about a subject). Where I have manually inserted a page break the link goes to the page break instead of the heading. I note the style of the page break is the heading style. Can I prevent this, and if so how? |

Remove the page break, and instead go to Format Paragraph Line & Page Breaks and check "Page break before". -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
