Page #s won't display in correct sequence ex, 2,1,2
I have a 3 page word document that I'm trying to number. Each time I insert
page numbers it shows 2,1,2. Why is this happening and how can I fix the problem. I have gone into formatting and specified sequence 1,2,3 and start at 1 however it's not working. |

Sometimes this can happen with section breaks. Do you have a section break
in your document? If it is there and unecessary remove it and renumber in the header/footer. "Syd" wrote: I have a 3 page word document that I'm trying to number.
