When I save a document to a CD it becomes read only
I am using windows 2003 and taking information from a floppy that is not read
only and saving it to a CD-RW. When I do this the documet becomes read only and I can't make changes to it. |

Right. Files on a CD (even a CD-RW) are always read-only.
