Default Emailing word documents

I am using word 2007 student edition. I have saved the documents as word 2003
which works fine, but when I email them the attached document appears as
"part-2.msword", it opens fine but I need the documents to be saved under my
name as they are essays for university.

Thanks

I would create the Word file first, save it, close it, open the email
program, and then attach it.
