Linking (Connecting?) Multiple Text Form Fields
Hello all,
I'm working with XP home edition with Service Pack 2 and WORD 2002. I have several text form fields in a contract template that I'm preparing. Basically, I want to insert the client's name in each of the 15 or so text form fields. Is there a way to link these fields so that when I type "ABC Comapny Ltd" in one box that it appears in all of them? Thanks in advance for any assistance that you can provide. |

Linking (Connecting?) Multiple Text Form Fields
Add one text form field, where the client name should be typed in, and
then use REF fields to insert the repeated text. See item 2 in the article at http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "WinkinVan" wrote in message ...
