mail merge in word, the font and layout changes on it's own
When printing labels using mail merge, the font size and the page layout

When printing labels using mail merge, the font size and the page layout changes when I print, not always but most of the time? To stop the font from changing - Press Alt+F9 to display the field codes - add the \* CharFormat switch at the end of the MergeField codes - Alt+F9 again to hide the field codes It's quite possible that you won't be able to see all the field codes within a label (table cell). In this case, you'd need to copy the cell's contents into another document, edit them there, then paste them back. Depending on the version of Word involved (which you unfortunately do not mention) this can be done for the entire sheet quite simply, or quite painfully.
