How do I keep from getting duplicate copies saved in file OLK165 under

How do I keep from getting duplicate word copies saved?
This is a temporary folder used when opening e-mail attachments from
Outlook. You shouldn't normally be using it or looking at it or caring about it in any way. Do not open documents from attachments, save them to disk first and then open them from wherever you have put them. If this is happening when you open non-attachment documents, I don't know why - and I don't know how you found it out and, although it appears strange, you still shouldn't need to concern yourself with this folder at all. -- Enjoy, Tony "Denise" wrote in message ...
