Default How can I get Word to open up with a default stationary?

I would like to set up all the computers in my office so that every time
someone opens up Word our company logo is on top and our company address is
at the bottom. This would be the default setting, but must be changeable to
a blank document if need be. I have seen this before in an office I once
worked in. Any suggestions?
