I'm trying to convert my trial version of Microsoft Office Word 2003 into a
full version by buying key online, but keep getting Server Error '/'
Application Run Time Error. What am I supposed to do now ? Thank you in

I'd buy it Amazon.com so I'd have the discs in hand - and save a few bucks
to boot. But that's just me.

Ring your local Microsoft Office and ask. If you have paid for the full
version, you will have a product key and they will give you the activation
code over the phone.
