Default Help with Recovery of a document

I emailed a document to myself to transfer the document to another computer.
I opened it, did a lot of work on the paper, then saved it. I did not do a
Save As. I then closed it out and realized what I did. Now, I can't find
the copy. How can I get it back. It is six hours worth of work on it! I am
almost hysterical!!! Please help me!

You should never open Word attachments directly from e-mail - however it
*may* be possible to recover your changes. See
