I see several KB articles about bug fix in Word 2003 regarding bookmarks in
footers, and several articles in this newsgroup for GOING to a bookmark in a
footer, but how do you PUT a bookmark in the footer? More specifically, its
putting a bookmark in a table in the footer.

View the footer. click in the place where you want the bookmark.
Insert/Bookmark. Type in a Name for the bookmark, then click "Add".
