Default The top of my document is cut-off in the screen view

The cursor is at the very top of the view. However, the print preview is
normal. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program but still have the same
problem. Can you help?

Hi, Duffy. In Word, click on Tools | Options | View | check the "White space
between pages" box | OK.
