Default How do I imbed a word file within a word file?

Recently one of my users is attempting to file a master report with imbeded
reports attached inside the master report. When he attempts to drag and
drop, or use the paper clip to attach the file into the master report it
copies all the text of the document instead of having a word file to click
and open.

The only way he's been able to get around it is to convert the word doc to a
..pdf, however that's not the preferred course of action.

I.E.

Master report

1. This is the report from XXXXX: (attached Word doc Icon)
2. This is the report from XXXXB: (attached Word doc Icon)

however when he's attaching the file he's getting:

1. This is the report from XXXXX:
(Entire contents of document posted)
2. This is the report from XXXXB:
(Entire contents of document posted)

Thank you,

Rich

Drag/drop and the Insert/File command assume that you want to display the
text. To insert an icon instead, follow these steps:

- Click Insert Object.
- Click the Create from File tab.
- Click the Browse button, find the file to insert, and click Insert.
- Check the box for Display as Icon.
- Click OK.
