Word 2003 is automatically "accepting" my tracked changes
I am tracking changes to a policy and Word is automatically "accepting" the
items I add, but not the items I delete. Everything will be fine for a while...then I'll look back at previous pages and all my added items are no longer highlighted. Any help will be apprecitated. I've tried to update the policy two times already. |

The document could be damaged. Have you tried copying the text into a new
document? See the following article for instructions on how to copy text and preserve Track Changes: http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/trac...s.html#Copying. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Gina" wrote: I am tracking changes to a policy and Word is automatically "accepting" the items I add, but not the items I delete.
