Default deactivate copy

how do i deactivate my copy of word?
I.E, get the code back from the copy and remove word, so i ca insatall
another copy of Word with a different activation code. I didnt realize that
the student edition could be used on more than one household computer,
therefore wasted 150 dollars on it!
Thanks...

You can't de-activate it.
I am not quite sure what it is you want to do, but if the licence allows,
you can install on more than one machine.
You may have to manually activate it (by telephone) on another machine.
