Default saving clip board

Isthere a way I can save formatted autoshapes on the clipboard or
elsewhere so I don't have to keep spending time recreating them.
Office clipbord is good but if i shutdown a document the clipboard is
lost, i believe.

Default saving clip board

Have you tried saving them as AutoText entries? Selected your
formatted shape, press ALT+F3, give it a name.
