Default Screentips on Toolbars

I know how to turn "Show Screentips on Toolbars" on, but I can't get my
program to keep it. Every time I go into WORD, I have to go in and turn it
on and that can be a time consuming pain. When I turn it on in
"Tools/Customize" there isn't an "OK" button to click, just close. Is there
somewhere else to turn it on so that it stays? I have this problem in my
office on computers that are running WORD 2000, and also WORD 2003. The
platform is all XP Professional. Thanks for your help.
