Mailing labels
While Jay's advice is probably what you should follow, if the labels that
you are using are NOT of the type that has a row between each label, if you just press the tab key when in the last label, a new page will be added to the document containing one row of labels. Each time you get to the last label in the row and press tab, another row will be added. This is because labels in Word are just tables with fixed cell dimensions. -- Hope this helps. If you are doing it through mail merge, probably you will have to hit
"Complete the Merge" because if you are on the "Preview the labels" step, word will show you only one page of labels -- Regards, Anup "Doug Robbins - Word MVP" wrote: While Jay's advice is probably what you should follow, if the labels that you are using are NOT of the type that has a row between each label, if you just press the tab key when in the last label, a new page will be added to the document containing one row of labels.
