Default How do I reference the most recent entry in table?

I have a table in my Word document with 4 columns and x rows. I want to
reference the bottom entry in column A several other places in my document.
I am using Office XP. Thank you for your help.

You could bookmark the contents of the cell and then insert a
cross-reference to the text of that bookmark at the locations where it
should be repeated.
